Stanford have just realeased core 14, for Nvidia cards.
If you have -advmethods activated in the config it should automatically download it.

Look out for 5900 wu's and 420pointers

Its meant to lower temps, power usage and up PPD.

One of mine is running a 420 now but no massive ppd difference yet.

May need a client restart to use the core properly.

I've had a few of these 420 pointers, and getting 4123 ppd on an 8800GTS 640.

With this card, the 511 pointers give 3000 ppd and the 353 pointers give 4900 ppd, so these new ones seem to fall in the middle. Also can't say I've noticed the GPU running any cooler with them.

Im actualy getting MUCH lower temps on my 256's always over 10c cooler.

Im averaging 4700ppd on a 420 (353=5900 511= 4400 ish)

Only seem to be getting 420's atm.

Main rig is down for some waterloving to keep them cooler.

Have got another rig due to go online too.

*Stanford is the overall winner, thats what we should all remeber.

Better to fold than not to fold at all..... like you atm spoon eh?
