or get a new sharp drill bit...


even with new sharp drill try to do round hole like 20mm diameter into 1.5mm thick aluminium plate

then you get a 5mm and then the 20 or even use a 10 in between

Where do you buy your bolts? and do you thread the holes


Local hardware shop, saves on delivery.

For some more "exotic" bolts try tastynuts.com, they have all different coloured anodised nuts and bolts. ;)

try http://www.screwfix.com for the bolts you may need to cut them down

Just wanted to say thx for the guide used this method to cut bottom rad grill out withy dremel worked a treat
