I was originally looking at this (http://www.watercool...tion_55263.html) but then people are telling me the res is not that good? I want to do a custom loop to save money in the long run instead of getting a AIO then going custom. My cpu will be 5820k socket 2011-v3 and my gpu will be 390x I want to be able to add my gpu at the start or in the future any suggestions or comments on the one I was originally looking at would be greatly appreciated thanks everyone!

Those kits are put together to order, so it may be worth emailing the shop, or better yet, ringing them, and see if you can swap the res out for something more to your liking?

Service is good, so I don't see why they wouldn't. It may add a little to the price, but it's £100 under your budget so shouldn't be an issue for you..
